We built TravelersLy because trip planning shouldn’t take 47 tabs

I have always had a tremendous love for travelling. But over time, that love came with an equally tremendous dislike for the stress and anxiety that can come with planning a trip - deciding where to go, what to book, how much it will cost, and figuring out all the little details in between.

That’s where the idea for TravelersLy was born. TravelersLy is a website built to fix exactly that.

The problem I kept running into

Every trip started the same way: one browser tab for flights, another for hotels, a third comparing activities, a fourth open to a currency converter, a fifth to check visa requirements, and somewhere in there, a group chat full of half-decided plans and links nobody had time to read properly.

By the time I’d actually booked anything, I was more exhausted than excited. And I know I’m not the only one - ask almost anyone who’s planned an international trip, and you’ll hear some version of the same story.

Travel is supposed to be the good part. The planning shouldn’t be the part that wears you out before you’ve even left home.

So I built the thing I wished existed

TravelersLy was created to take the stress out of travel planning and give you more time to focus on what actually matters - relaxing, exploring, and having fun.

Right now, that means two things work really well:

• Personalized itinerary building - tell us where you’re headed and what you’re into, and we help put together a plan that actually fits you, instead of a generic top-10 list.
• Booking, all in one place - stays, transport, and activities, all found and organized on TravelersLy, with links straight to where you can book them. Full in-site payment is coming soon - for now, we get you to the right booking page in one click instead of five searches.

That’s the foundation. It’s live, it works, and it’s already saving people the exact kind of tab-juggling that used to drive me a little crazy.

Where we’re headed

The vision for TravelersLy has always been bigger than just bookings. We want to bring everything a traveler needs into one place - visa advisories, currency rates, local SIM info, and translations - so an entire trip can be planned without leaving the website.

And there’s one piece of this I care about more than almost anything else: accessibility.

We believe travel should be for everyone. Not just people who find planning easy, or who don’t have to think twice about navigating a new place. We’re building an accessibility-friendly experience - voice navigation, captions, and phrase boards - so that planning a trip feels easier, clearer, and more comfortable no matter what your needs or abilities are. That work is underway now, and it’s coming soon.

Why I’m sharing this now

I wanted to write this before everything was “finished,” because honestly, I’m not sure a website like this is ever really finished. I’d rather build this in public, tell you what’s working today, and be upfront about what’s still being built.

Our goal is simple - to break down the barriers that make travel feel complicated, and make exploring the world more seamless, stress-free, and accessible to everyone. Because travel should feel exciting, not overwhelming.
